P & J Hathaway Builders, Inc. is owned and operated by Paul and Jennifer Hathaway of Springfield, IL. Having been in business for the last 8 years, we pride ourselves on our excellent reputation for customer service and quality workmanship. To date, we have completed over 25 custom homes and numerous remodeling and service/repair projects.

Mel Mast, our Project Manager, is a licensed home inspector with over 25 years of building/remodeling experience. On each job site daily, Mel handles all construction details, ensuring product quality and project timeliness.

Paul Hathaway, President, handles all initial client meetings and implements our Cost Planning and Design Services. As a builder himself, he is able to cost effectively design each home and remodel project specifically to our client's living needs and budget.

Jennifer Hathaway, Vice-President and designer/decorator, does all the item and color selections with clients, helping to coordinate material selections for the project, and, most importantly, keeping our clients on budget.
