Design Services Paul designs each home with the client, unless our clients already have a plan and they want to build it as specified. In most cases, Paul custom designs a plan tailored to each client’s lifestyle and budget. Our Design Services allow us to inspect for preexisting conditions that will affect design and cost and present findings to owner and designer. We also suggest to the owner and designer construction technologies and methods to maximize environmental and cost benefits of the project. Cost Planning Services COST PLANNING is a construction service where the builder is involved in the conceptual stages of the project. The builder acts as a cost and building consultant to the owner. The builder also provides cost information and cost savings ideas as the plans are being developed as well as giving input on new products and methods available for residential construction projects. It is an “insurance policy” for the owner that the project is financially feasible. In our case, Paul is both the Designer and the Builder and this maximizes our ability to cost-effectively build your home to your specifications.
